We've been using a printer for years, now we have an odd problem?

Q) We have a Dell computer on a network. It prints to a HP. No problems until last week. Now when it prints, nonesense that is not on the screen sometimes, but not always, prints. Most recently, "Page g1 of2lf6//3 /01083 1eoe 3/1 3 08 lo8 g1 8e/0g 1 ga a1" Any thoughts?

A) I was ready to reply with the "stock photo" answer when I read the part about "bands and movie poster." In two words, "copyright infringement," I can, now, recommend you give up that idea. If you get caugh selling posters containing copyrighted and trademarked protected material, you can get sued BIG time. And, it's not going to be that difficult to get caught. The more success you might have selling your posters, the more likely your activities will come to the attention of corporate lawyers and watchdogs, whos job it is to find business like yours and to shut them down as painfully as possible. If you try to sell your posters on ebay or similar site, those watchdogs are already there, looking for you. If you set up a stand at a local flea market or art fair, they will have teams scouring the stands. They can, not only, shut you down and confiscate all of your paid for stock, they can sue for damages. (loss of their income, devaluation of their intellectual property, etc.) They can sue you into bankruptcy and, possibley, press charges that could put you in jail. My suggestiong is that you, either, create your own images, or, be prepared to purchase licenses for copyrighted material. Remember, the better quality of stock images, the more you will likely have to pay.

Hp Designjet 130nr - printing on a roll - can you help?

Q) I'm trying to print a 3m long artwork from Illustrator or photoshop, I can select "A1 on a roll" as the paper size but this means the printer keeps cutting off half way though the print when it gets to A1 length. Neither program will let me select custom size! Please help, i am in a new job and no-one here can help me :(
